Practical and Effective Legal Solutions for Employers
We focus on providing practical, creative, cost-effective legal solutions based on our extensive knowledge of employment law, enabling our clients to make intelligent business decisions.
Unlike most law firms, we focus exclusively on providing advice and counsel, and not handling litigation. This means that we focus 100% of our time on providing legal solutions before workplace issues ever get to litigation. Whether it is by making sure your employee handbook and personnel policies are up-to-date and compliant with the law, rewriting your employee agreements to make them as airtight as possible, or conducting workplace investigations of employee misconduct, we do everything possible to minimize the risk of legal claims.
We serve clients throughout California, including those in Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Jose, San Francisco and the East Bay Area. We also service clients clients whose headquarters are overseas or out of state, but have regional operations in California.
